Services
Local moves are designated as those which originate and terminate in Maryland. Price is usually based on an hourly rate determined by the number of crew necessary to complete the work. Binding rates may be available but are based on strict conditions. For moves originating and terminating in two different states.
Remove all permanently affixed items from walls (drapes, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, etc). Remove fragile and loose items from drawers, including high value items (jewelry, money, important documents, etc). If paying in cash or with certified funds (travelers checks, cashiers check) withdraw enough to cover the move and potential overages.
Accessorial - Additional services provided that were not previously anticipated or charged. Agent - Company working for a carrier to supply local services such as packing and storage. Binding Estimate - Estimated charges are guaranteed. Charges cannot change despite additional services, except in the case of a shipment that must be put into SIT as a result of non-payment at delivery.

The whole team was extremely professional and helpful. I had shipments coming from two locations to an out of state destination. Packing was done very well. Nothing was damaged. They arranged for a number of items to be moved and placed on consignment. They arrived exactly on time and worked all day, arranging the 21K+ pounds throughout the house. They didn't touch a wall and hustled all day. Very pleased.

I have nothing but praise! From the estimate to the actual move....prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. I moved from a very large home with some special antique pieces to downsize....smooth as silk thanks to the staff at Quality! Those gentlemen took time and care with my belongings like they were their own.

Quality was supposed to deliver my items between noon and 2:00. They never showed up nor did they call. When they finally came on Thursday the driver acted annoyed and was careless. His hands were dirty from taking off the plastic wrappings and was handling my cream colored furnishings with them. On my insistence he washed his hands but didn't dry them and got wet hand prints on one of the pieces.on the other hand his partner was very careful and courteous. I will not use this company again.
