The owner Brian has personally come out to help with my issues. John Owens is their best service tech. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Greatly appreciated.. We have been thinking about purchasing our first spa for quite a while. After much research and visiting five different spa dealers, we purchased our spa at Atlanta Hot Tub Center. For starters, Dusty was great to work with, he answered all of our questions, but never hit us with the buy now pitch. In our opinion, Atlanta Hot Tub Center assisted us in purchasing the right spa for us, by helping us become informed consumers. Check them out on youtube before you ever visit the store.

First time hot tub owner. Dusty the sales person was informative, professional and most importantly, not pushy. Install was seamless.
I’ve really loved the chemical balance support available via text message. I send them a photo of my test strip and they respond a little while later with their suggestions. I’ve also taken water to their store on occasion to get them to test it since I live fairly close by. Support and service like this is the primary reason I went with them.

We went to another hot tub service provider before coming to Atlanta Hot Tub Center. This was because we recently bought our home and the previous owner had recommended the other company for the hot tub that came with the home. Their competitor repeatedly delayed our needed service because they said they had delays getting the part needed. We called Atlanta Hot Tub Center and the technician John came to help us. He was a true professional and our hot tub was back up and running in no time! Also the cost ended up being cheaper than quoted. Fast, cost efficient, and high quality = very happy customer

Atlanta Hot Tub Center is great. They are very helpful regardless of if u purchase from them or not. Bryan and team is extremely nice, professional, and dint oversell. They truly want to create a relationship/partnership to earn your trust and repeat business. I send many people to them when they are considering purchasing or need help. We got our tub from a neighbor. Bryan and team picked it up, made necessary repairs to fix and ensure reliability. They also refurbished the tub, replacing rotted would and bad siding, reinsulated, and repainted. The polished and buffed the interior of the tub.

Great experience. Purchased a certified pre owned tub in April 19. Never an ounce of problems with my hot tub. Team was on time, efficient and set us up with everything discussed at the time of purchase. We will definitely be using Atlanta Hot Tub Center when we get ready to upgrade. These guys are terrific! I had purchased another hot tub from another company and they kept pushing my delivery date back months at a time. Dusty was able to set up delivery within ten days!! The installation team was very professional and we were in the tub the very next day! We love the Sundance tub and Dusty has continued to support me with advice about chemicals and any other questions I’ve had. Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend!!!

Atlanta Hot tub is a great place. They have great pricing and financing options for everyone. I bought my Sundance Bristol from Brian Johnston and he was excellent to work with. I just had a Flow Switch malfunction and they were on the spot to fix it. Clint was the gentleman that came to our house and spent two hours fixing the switch. He was very knowledgable and a great person..very kind,. helpful and knowledgable about the hot tub. Thank you Atlanta Hot Tub for great service and great employees.
