My wife and I recently bought a house and the floors were quite old. We went looking for new floors and after calling Design Floors, spoke with Siegfried. He was very knowledgeable over the phone and gave good advice. We went to see the showroom and found lots of incredible options. Siegfried walked us through and showed us some options. He helped us take into account the floors upkeep based on our family's needs. I would highly recommend Design Floors for your flooring needs. I knew that they were different when I went into the store and met with Rholetta. She was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on the most expensive flooring, but rather, what would best work for my home and budget. The pricing was competitive and they were able to get my job scheduled in the time frame I needed. Furthermore, a job that could have easily taken 3-4 days was finished in about 1.5. We had floors replaced as part of water damage restoration and Design Floors was chosen by our contractor. We got lucky, because we couldn't be happier about working with them. We originally intended to stick with wood, but decided instead to go with vinyl planks after considering style, cost, maintenance and taking several samples home. We worked mostly with Siegfried, but when we had to visit the store to look at more samples on his day off we had no problem getting help. The installers did a wonderful job. They're very quick and good at what they do.

We have worked with Rholetta from Design Floors who has done an excellent job of having our floors redone with tile. She was professional and meticulous, the project started on time and was completed without any delays. The crew was really experienced and their work was top quality. Extremely happy with the our experience. Had to have almost all floors in our house replace due to winter storm damage. They were very accommodating to our time schedule and very communicative with feedback and expected delivery and install times. We purchased a new home only to find water damage from the master shower into the master closet. You can imagine my devastation, but then, enter Siegfried from Design Floors. He helped with every step, ordering tile samples, assisting with the insurance claim, and then his guys installed the tile so beautifully I can't believe it. If you are looking for someone to help in your master bathroom, kitchen, etc stop looking, hire them! I am beyond pleased!

Design Floors was excellent from the time I walked in the door for floor selection to installation completion. I could not be happier with my new floors in my bedroom, bath closet and on the stairs. They came out to measure and provided their expertise on what types of floors are typically installed in certain areas. Leo was wonderful during the entire process when I was selecting floor type. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase at any point. The installers were amazing. They came every day early (which I didn't mind) and finished the entire project days before schedule

We partnered with Design Floors to replace our floor downstairs from dingy engineered hardwood to porcelain tile. This was a huge project that we planned for about a year, so we visited multiple vendors to ensure we were working with the right people.
We decided on Design Floors given how knowledgeable, informative and honest the staff was - and I am beyond thankful that we did! Bryson was hands on with the project every step of the way and very patient with us when we paused or adjusted the project scope.

I have done a lot of renovations/upgrades to the inside and outside of my house over the years. Every time I use a company that comes highly recommended I have had a very good experience. I saw Design Floors recommended on Nextdoor and decided to use them to renovate my 2 bathrooms back in August 2017. They did an amazing job. I can not find one thing to complain about the work they did, it was flawless. Their attention to detail was incredible. I had them come back a couple of years later to replace my carpet and make some repairs to my laminate that was damaged due to a roof leak. Again

I cannot say enough good things about Desin Floors - from my initial walk through the door to the completion of project - professional all the way. Rholetta Lloyd was friendly and attentive. I came in with a sample of flooding installed by prior owner 5 years ago. She found a dead on match. I would bet that the new floor would match the old food seamlessly if they butted into each other! We pulled the carpet in the office, now quilting room and the upstairs loft area. This company is the best. We used them for two separate carpet installs and one wood floor job. Price estimates were fair, strait forward, and competitive. The crews were on time, soooo polite, did excellent work, and cleaned up afterwards. The showroom has over the top number of samples and John, the owner is very easy to work with.
