Highly recommended for their honesty,integrity, pricing and promptness to my needs. I have used Locks Plus several times over the years. They are attentive to detail and always on call. The quality of their work is second to none. It doesn't matter if I have needed a key made, a door or hardware changed or if I need my cameras upgraded. One call does it all. Speaking of calls, when you call them you speak directly to one of the owners 24/7 365 and not some call center or answering service. It is so nice doing business with a family owned company.

My family and I went on a walk around the house, but we forgot our keys at home. Unfortunately, we had one of those doors that you could open from the inside even if it was locked. As soon as the door closed, I knew we were locked out.
We called Locks Plus at the start of our walk, and they met us at the house. They quickly gained access to the house and then they even suggested a better door lock and deadbolt system for our house. They are by far the best lock security system team and locksmiths that I know.
