Professional Clean uses the most up-to-date and powerful equipment for carpet cleaning in the Greater Cleveland & Akron/Canton area. Industrial Strength/Portable Equipment helps us to better clean your carpets and extract oily dirt trapped deep in your fiber. Dirt can act like sandpaper on your carpet, reducing its life with normal wear.
Basic Steam Clean - A maintenance or surface cleaning for lightly soiled carpets intended to "freshen up" the carpet. Cleaning includes a mild detergent with a color brightener and fragrance. Deep Scrub - Our mid-level cleaning where your technician pre-sprays the carpet, takes a nylon pile brush, brushes the carpet and extracts the carpet with a mild detergent, color brightener and fragrance.

I just bought a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before I moved everything in. My mom found this place that said they'd do a deep clean of 4 rooms for $90 so I said ok go ahead and schedule it. I work during the day so she scheduled it when she could be at the house while I'm at work. They get there and tell her it's now going to be $200. When she protested and said she wanted the rate that they promised her the guy told her she either has to pay $200 or he had to go because he has more jobs to do. Everything everyone says on here is true. Everything from the "up sells" and price hikes upon arrival, to an all around terrible job. He spent less than 10 seconds on each stair and only did the top of the stair and not the front. It did nothing but make our stairs wet. He also charged us for one more stair than we have, at $3 a stair!!!! See photo for leftover dirt and hair. Do not use this company, they are crooks. Rent your own machine from Home Depot and save hundreds.

I responded to a coupon for $39 whole house duct cleaning. Some Jeff in a small red Honda arrived and was aggressively trying to sell me services for hundreds of dollars. He did not seem to have any intention ( and most likely was not equipped) to cover the services indicated in the coupon and demanded that I would sign wavers etc. "Jeff " actually admitted to being a sales person. Be aware that their advertisement is misleading and stay away from the so called "professional clean". I know I will.

Zero stars. My husband called and the person he spoke with told him lies, that they would clean the main air conditioner vent for a set amount of $ 39.99. Which was a lie, the moment the tech person arrived he told my mother in law it would not be the agreed upon amount...but thousands then he demanded cash but settled for her credit card information. Since she is 72 he intimidated and lied to her and forced her to accept a additional charge for a service she on social security could not afford. We now have to watch her credit to be sure he doesn't try to bill her card again. They have false

If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. These people are very unprofessional. They are very rude. The guy they sent was super rude and tried to sell me more products. Did not spray my carpets and was mad when we told him just do what the living social voucher says. He finished "profesional cleaning" two rooms' carpet in 5 min. Really, 5 min to steam clean two rooms? The guy was rude and when I called to complain about the lack of service and poor job, the lady on the phone was yelling and defending his employee. Lack of costumer service and rude loud ppl. Do yourself

More like UNPROFESSIONAL Clean Carpets and Vents. The representative they had come to our house was not only late to his appointment, but rude and unprofessional. After telling us 3 different numbers for extra room costs, he incorrectly measured rooms, and tried to charge us extra "tax" dollars because we asked him to do the stairs in substitution of completing rooms. Seems like one of those bait and switch companies. Regardless of us trying to say we didn't want him to do the work, he said he was getting paid either way because we already paid for the service. Today, I had a horrible experience with Professional Clean Carpets and Vents!
The carpet tech, Joey, gave me a price to clean my stairs and hall and I agreed to get them cleaned. After he cleaned my first room, my family room, I felt how saturated with water my family room carpet was when I stepped on it. I told him I did not want the stairs, hall or even the rooms on my Living Social voucher cleaned. I said that I was going to call Stanley Steamers and he could take my LS voucher and go. I did not want him even touching my other rooms that I paid for with the voucher!
