All I can say is we only call them when we need someone to help us with our heating cooling needs. Yesterday was our 3rd or 4th interaction with them and it's always a pleasant. They have never arrived late. They explain everything and have re-explained if I didn't understand. I think their prices are fair considering how prompt they are and very easy to work with. Very respectful of our home and every time they wore a mask with NO issues. Thank you VERY much, AQC!

Technician arrived on time and was very professional throughout the entire inspection. The technician inspected the furnace inside out and cleaned the sensors and wires. A capacity issue was found and the technician replaced it for me onsite.

Quick, responsive and detailed. Ultimately chose AQC after first having a few consultations. During the walk through Ross sized up the project and called out details in my really old house that I knew the previous companies hadn’t noticed. Christina on the back end too was great, very helpful, quick to respond and accommodating. Overall, glad I listened to the other positive reviews and went with AQC.

Glad that we found this company. From the initial call to the completion of the visit, Ross was very informative and attentive. He encouraged questions and provided step by step details on what he was doing at all times. He was very thorough and professional. Mask and shoe covers were on the entire time. We will definitely call them if there should ever be a need or routine maintenance. Top notch service.

AQC was great and definitely came to my help when needed. I had a problem with my AC unit, which turned out to be a blown capacitor. Ross came over one morning, diagnosed the problem, and quickly resolved it by replacing the capacitor. All in all the whole visit probably only took 20-25 minutes top. I really appreciated the professionalism and honesty in the work that Ross was able to provide. Hopefully I don’t have any HVAC or AC issues in the future, but if I do I will definitely be calling them again.
