I've worked with McDugald-Steele (specifically, BJ, who managed my project and Tracy, who designed my project) for over three years. They designed and executed my entire backyard remodel--complete with a pergola, outdoor fireplace and synthetic grass in my daughter's play space. They're extremely detail-oriented in their planning, creative in their design and efficient in their execution and planting. As a side note, I began this project with two other landscape designers but had to abandon working with them because I wasn't confident they could tackle the scope of my project in a timely and cost

My experience is based on a phone call to them. I called and asked if they do a service and mid sentence without saying a word the receptionist transfers me. Then a man answers and says he isn't interested in my job because I am outside the loop. I can't speak to their actual work but the two persons I interacted with had terrible customer service.
