After 5 years my front walk installed by Fredis was badly buckled and is a tripping hazard. Called 3 times to have them come see what would be involved in repairing it and no call backs. Finally got a pick up and made arrangements to have them come look it at and took time off from work to meet them, never showed up and no call to explain or reschedule. You can do better with workmanship and definitely with service follow ups.
