Premier Glass & Mirror

I needed 3 pieces of glass cut for the doors on a hutch I was refinishing. They not only had them ready to pick up next day, but we’re super helpful with deciding what thickness of glass to get. Will definitely use them again if I ever need it.

I called Premier glass on Monday and by Wednesday my broken window was fixed and it took less than an hour. Professional people, I’m very satisfied with how my window came out. Pricing was good and I had absolutely no problems. Would definitely recommend!

Well were should I start. The showed up on time for there measurements. We went to show room to pick out what we wanted and the ladiy that helped us was very nice. We were in and out in no time. Was told it would be about 5 days till glass was ready. Day 6 they called to schedule and came right on time again. Now the best part, I work in the plumbing field and see many other jobs. I have also seen there work before and we recommend them to our customers all the time. The job they did was to remove an old brass door enclosure and install a new frameless enclosure so I knew there would be some blemishes

I placed an order with them for a small glass top to be cut. The gentleman told me that it would be ready by the next day and I would be called once it was done. By noon I called to check the status and the lady informed me that she was out of the office for lunch and would call me back in 30 minutes. After 2 hours I called back and the same lady informed me that she was still out and she would give me a call back. It’s now been 5 days and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. This company has the worst customer service and business ethics, I don’t know how they’re still in business.

I had a broken window that was not installed yet and called Premier Glass to have it fixed. They were nice enough to pick up the window and give me a quote on 6/29. The quote was more expensive than the window itself but it would be ready quicker than waiting a month for a whole new window. I agreed to the quote. Then 7/13, two weeks after I agreed to the window, Jason calls me to ask me if I wanted the window replaced stating he was on vacation for the last two weeks. He said "you think someone would have called about it." I did call about it last Friday 7/10 and the office lady told me it would

YOU ARE WARNED!! Horrible 'service'. I paid many thousands for several glass enclosed showers. They left loose handles (safety problem) and the glass is separating from the tub because they didn't clean the tub edge before using caulking. The 'manager', apparently wife of the owner, told me that they would charge me $125 just to come out to tighten the handle's Allen screw. When I asked to speak with the owner, she hung up. NEVER USE PREMIER GLASS !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!It started off bad so I should have known that it would end badly too.The worst customer service I have ever received.
1. It took 10 minutes for someone to help us when we went to look at the doors. And we were the only customers there.
2. Michelle told us the wrong price for the door. Even though the man I had originally spoken to said that the doors would be between $400-$700
3. They called and told me that the door was ready to be installed. They asked me what my availability was. I gave them a few different times. They said they would call me back in a few

Very quick service! Was not expecting a same day response, visit and fix! My dog decided to put his head through my window (right before a hurricane), and these guys came to my home and fixed it for me at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them.
