Monmouth Glass

We requested an estimate to replace our shower surround two months ago and still have not heard from them. Also brought in a mirrored dresser drawer that was cracked. Their estimate was more than the cost of the dresser, and was approximately 4x6 inches. They could not bevel the glass to match the rest of the dresser. Refused to replace the glass in our corner cabinet. Will not use.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Two workers walked into my house when asked to wait outside
(they were two hours early.) I walked into another room and asked them to please wait by the door. When I came back 2 minutes later they had come into my house, walked through my living room into my kitchen. They opened the wrong window that needed repair, and , because the windows get a little stuck in the humidity, they jammed the window opened and ripped the wood off causing terrible damage. I was in shock that they walked through my house when asked to wait by front door.
I was furious

I could’ve gotten a bit of a cheaper price but i went local and tried and true. Ive cheaped out before only to regret it. Things you learn in do time. They did a great job installing new glass and even went the length and retaped my coming soon sign onto the jew glass. One less thing i had to do that i was expecting to do. Great job. 5 stars!!

After months of dealing with a shower door problem due to a crappy installer, I contacted Monmouth Glass & Vinny was able to make the needed adjustments in a timely manner. He explained what he had to do (simple), didn't try to make it into something bigger or upsell me, was early & neat & friendly. I'm glad I found this company & wish I used them for the initial install! Definitely recommend.

We used Monmouth Glass to order the doors for our new shower and the workers showed up on time and were professional. One week after the work was done and paid for, I realized I had a coupon that the owner Cheryl honored and she refunded me. I was very impressed with her and the company.

Monmouth Glass has saved the day for me three different times!

1) I did a complete demolition of a restaurant in Loch Arbour. When we were finally ready to get the signs off of when we were opening, I saw that the three large windows were horrible. I spoke with Bonnie, who I had never met, and within a few weeks they were replaced.

2) I purchased a home from 1932 where again I found that the beautiful Tudor windows were cracked and/or rotted beneath them. They did a perfect job!

3) During that same renovation in # 2 I had a mirror that I purchased at an antique store 22 years ago and it was

I called in advance and they took my project immediately. Cut a pane of glass for my curio cabinet that the movers broke. They cut it perfectly and did it in 15mins for a very reasonable price. A family owned business for over 65 years. Good people! Highly recommend

Just finished a big project with Monmouth Glass and we are very, very happy. We created a ballet studio at home with one wall floor to ceiling mirrors and a home gym with three very large wall-mounted mirrors. Bonnie was very helpful throughout the process. They did their own measurements. The work was excellent with close attention to detail, the price was fair and they left no messes. All this to replace a broken pane of glass in a window. The guys that who performed that task were professional and clean. They came with the necessary PPE even though it was hot and humid never removed them

My first time experience with Monmouth glass has been exceptional. WE hive had a few glitches which were immediately taken care and as a result I have added more items to my initial order. Can not say enough good words about Vinnie, William and Naberto. ALL are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They have had to do some retrofitting of storm windows for me on older awning window doors and they knew exactly what needed to be done. Monmouth Glass is an outstanding company and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their customer service is top notch and their installers are excellent. I had a very large (one wall) piece of mirror installed in my bathroom. The job was difficult and required precise measuring as well as 4 men to lift this piece of mirror onto the wall. They said it would take two weeks to replace our sliding glass door. It wound up taking three months in total. At first, it took five weeks for the door to come in. They never contacted us about any of the delays. We had to repeatedly call them. Even when they said that they would look into things and call us back by a certain date, they wouldn't call and we'd have to follow up with them. When they did come to replace the door, they discovered that they'd ordered the wrong size door, leading to more delays. They also left broken glass from the old door all over our lawn.

We wanted to shop local for a shower enclosure. We bought the door and had a problem with the installation. Their customer service was AMAZING!

They came back and fixed the door addressing the smallest details. Initially I was ready to offer a bad review but they truly redeemed their business after an installer made a mistake.

I have used Monmouth Glass for many construction jobs always did a good job if there was a problem they are quick to come and fix it. Recently an antique mirror broke in my home not only did they do a wonderful job on it but they gave me many choices of old looking mirror so they piece would look good Very happy with their work

My wife and I wanted to get an antique mirror and figured we would try Monmouth Glass. From the moment we entered, Bonnie was extremely helpful and friendly and guided us through the process. We took some samples home, chose our favorite and in a reasonable amount of time, ( 3 weeks +/-) we had an absolutely gorgeous mirror installed! My wife dealt with the installers who were very nice, neat and professional and did a truly impeccable job.
