Don't believe the 5 star reviews. I had contacted with them for mold remediation and a toilet repair. Bill Gregory, does everything by Text They also do not take credit cards and will spend time to come to you wherever you are to pick up a check. Class A business!! He gives you his cell phone and every time you call it, it goes to voce mail. He says it is his personal phone but the out going message say's Gregory Restoration. He claims he works out of his house and does not get cell phone reception and has to drive down a hill to return a call. How are you suppose to communicate
