STEP #1: We square-cut all potholes with a power saw and remove the damaged asphalt. We then apply a bonding tack to the bottoms and vertical walls of the holes.
The last step is to fill them with premium hot-mix asphalt and compact this asphalt using a machine roller. STEP #2: We thoroughly clean the pavement and prime all of the oil stains, then machine squeegee or spray apply 2 to 3 coats of premium coal tar coating. You can make your parking lot look like new with an easily applied, inexpensive, protective coating.

We had discussed with Mike Binder that 2 guest spots was to be added each side the dumpster walls on the west side of our development this didn't happen they made the parking spots smaller on one side of the dumpster area and the stripped area by the dumpster was made bigger. Most of the residents have complained that their spots are to close to one another and wasn't necessary. I have made many phone calls since October to get this resolved I have spoke with Janet in the office and spoke to Mike Binder and even sent him pictures with no follow up by them. They were fast to collect their
