If you're thinking about buying a house with a pool, there are some important things you need to know -- before closing the deal. A swimming pool is one of the most valuable assets in a home and it can be the place your family and friends share some of the best times of their lives. Get a Professional Pool Inspection.
You'll want to buy your next home with your eyes wide open. But unless you're a pool expert yourself, you'll be wise to engage a professional pool service company, preferably a Certified Pool Builder to conduct a thorough inspection. You need one that's been around some time and has experience with a wide variety of pools - and the many problems that can happen with them over the years.
You pay for the inspection, so get one you can rely on. The BBB encourages you to check with the appropriate agency to be certain requirements are currently being met.

Bella Vista is the premier entry in our new Boutique Collection, featuring a gorgeous yet subtle repeating mosaic pattern. This fresh, fun design combines a playful border of dancing water waves with a glittering yet serene marine sparkle bottom. Gentle, intertwined waves of cool, blue tile patterns, designed to make your spirit float and your cares drift away.
Your pool will naturally lose some water to evaporation, some to splash-out and some to backwash wastewater. You may also gain water from rainfall. Place a bucket of water beside the pool and mark both the water in the bucket and the pool water level. Wait 24 hours then check the loss of both. If the pool loses more water than the bucket, then you have a leak.
Introducing the world's first DIY Salt Water Sanitation System; the Jandy AquaPure Ei, a compact self-contained system. Using ordinary salt that is added to the pool water, the cell generates pure sanitizer year-round. When the sanitizer has finished purifying the pool, it reverts back into salt and the whole cycle repeats, making the AquaPure Ei a model of recycling efficiency.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew replaced our pool liner and did an amazing job. Mike explained everything thoroughly and was great at following up with us. We are blessed to have found him and highly recommend McMillion Pools!

A good ALL AROUND pool professional is a hard thing to come by these days. Mike has been my pool guy since I've owned my home. I have had him do a number of different jobs (liner, pool lights, open/closing etc) he has always been professional and very courteous in working with both myself and my wife! He is also very reasonably priced!
