Called New Age Plumbing for a quote to replace a valve behind my refrigerator because the appliance company who was suppose to install it said they couldn't hook it up because I needed a new valve. They came out the same day for the quote and after agreeing to the quote, they started work immediately! When New Age arrived they offered a variety of solutions and ended up saving me money with a better solution! Not only did they install my refrigerator without replacing the valve, they removed my electric stove and installed my gas stove at a very reasonable price compared to the other companies

Wow! We were hit hard by the Feb 2021 freeze in katy Texas and were without water for a week. The owner of new age was behind me in line at a plumbing supply store and heard what I was going through and offered to help. Within a couple hours, he was at my house and found and fixed over 22 broken pipes. Amazing service and incredible knowledge of his craft. I highly recommend!

I had a leak in the attic and noticed that it was coming from the hot water heater. So I called a few places to get some quotes and New age went the extra mile by getting me into their schedule. After comparing 3 quotes, I went with New Age since it was significantly more affordable. The technician, Airan, was very knowledgeable, explained what had caused the problem, and how I can better maintain it. Very professional and affordable. Airan was great! Very courteous, quick and professional. Anything else that needed to be done that was out of his control (like work that needed to be done with my roof or talking to the gas company) he left written notes for so the communication was clear and accurate. New Wave even answered an after hours text I had when I was still having problems with my water heater's pilot light (he couldn't turn it on for me because the gas company shut off the gas and put a lock on the box). I have got water now and couldn't be happier!
