Roofing Renovations is a local, family-owned, full service roofing company that has been operating in Murfreesboro, TN since 2015. We work with the insurance companies directly, and make sure the homeowners are paid according to their premium so they're not underpaid on their claim. 90% of the time, insurance companies will underpay a claim. Our roof replacement process is actually quite simple. Initially, we will do a thorough cost replacement analysis. We'll look at the roof- specifically, the overall condition of it and the age of the roof based on the state of the shingles. Next, we'll assess the repairability factor; we'll check to see if we believe the roof is structurally sound enough to be repaired and if it makes financial sense for the homeowner to do so.
We can repair anything pertaining to the roof or any of its components. Typically, our repair jobs stem from a leak or missing shingles. Leaks usually come from your flashing or pipe boots, while missing shingles can result from high winds or any number of other factors. While these are our main repair jobs, we are happy to make any roof-related repair.

My husband and I, a year later, hate our roof every day we come home and look at this mess. We got our house and was fixing it up. Called them up for a quote. There was storm damage on the roof so we were "lucky" to be able to have insurance help pay (we were not expecting this).
"J" (the person who came out to talk with us from Roofing Renovations) was very helpful at the start. Came out saw the storm damage, came out again to talk with the adjuster. Said he would be out again when the roof was started to see if there was any more damage (which there was). Unfortunately for us he didn't show

Shane is very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with as he screamed at me today as I was expressing my concerns. I have been working with Roofing Renovations for several weeks trying to have my roof replaced and have gotten very poor service. In the beginning it seemed like Tony was dedicated to providing good service; however, little communication was provided during the whole process and a lot of time has been wasted. The response to the initial inquiry about getting a quote was fast. The owner, Hyke "Nick" Holder, was a very pleasant man. He volunteers at a firehouse in Smyrna on the weekends. Out of the 4 quotes we got, he was the one who seemed to be the most reasonable. He was $150 cheaper than the lowest quote, but that was due to a "Marketing Discount" of

My husband and I are loving our new roof from Roofing Renovations. They came out and gave us a very reasonable quote, and told us they would be starting work in just a few days! I was pleasantly surprised, because I had been expecting to wait weeks. They got our entire roof done in one day, along with replacing some rotting wood we were concerned about, and taking down an old non-working chimney. From the first call to Roofing Renovations for a roof inspection, my experience was perfect. I worked with Mitch who was super helpful and gave great advice on every step from filing the home insurance claim to choosing the replacement roof material. Gary Roden came out this morning and made a repair on the roof of my husband's man-cave. He was great and the full repair was made in less than 24 hours from my initial call. I am thrilled with the respect, professionalism, affordability, and quality of work.

Roofing Renovations made the whole process much less scary than I thought it would be. They came out to examine our roof the day we called and installed a quick fix to prevent the leak from worsening. They met with our insurance company and then worked with us to set a price we could afford. The roof was installed in less than a day, and they left behind no evidence that they had even been here except for the beautiful new roof. It looks fantastic and really elevates the appearance of our home. Highly recommended!
