First time I contacted Westrockpool was to inquire about their pools and about the process, including a site visit to see the options available according to my landscape. I had major issues the last couple of weeks with my pool. These guys could have sold me anything and I would have bought it. They were all very honest and was able to help me and spend minimal amounts of money every time I walked in. You have a customer for life, thank you all for your help. Every single one has let us down. Either they were unreliable, uncommunicative, or didn’t know what they were talking about. I want to personally thank Andy and his team of professionals at Westrock. We’ve been a customer of Westrock for about a decade. They also helped us remodel our pool a few years ago. Our pool heater recently broke and it was just outside of warranty. Westrock replaced the heater at no cost to us. If that’s not outstanding top-shelf customer service, then I don’t know what is. I've had such a terrible experience with this company and who they recommended to set up my pool (Donnell). First I ordered and paid for my pool in February and was told it would be delivered by the end of April. The pool was not delivered until the first week of June and was missing the salt system I had also purchased the same day I purchased the pool. They were rude when I called inquiring about the delay in delivery of products I purchased. Best pool store in the area! It's not a chain and it's run by people who actually have years of experience. The owner one time coached me how to fix my green pool over the phone to save me a trip. They have awesome floats, games, etc. They always offer to carry things to my car too which is a huge help when buying big chemical buckets.

Unfortunately we made this huge purchase before reading the reviews. SHAME on us! A horrible experience from Start to finish. Everyone I have now involved finishing my pool project wished they met me sooner to warn me of this company. I was told if I get maybe 10 years out of my pool I'm lucky bc of the horrible installation. Giving one star only bc I can't post a review without it.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! A few months back my husband and I went in to hopefully purchase an above ground pool. Adam listened to our needs and recommended the right pool for our space. The price was reasonable and Adam worked to give us a discount since Dan is a city employee. We were told it would be a few weeks to get the pool and then they would recommend some installers. When we were leaving they even let us pick out ANY float we wanted. SO AWESOME!!! Our pool came in and they delivered our pool the next day.

We have owned a hot tub through Westrock Pool & Spa for 3 years. Throughout the 3 years we have had 2-3 issues with the hot tub and every time we try to get it serviced there are long delays in getting a repairman to the house and even longer waits for the parts.
The latest issue began January 2, 2021 when the heater pump stopped working. We called immediately and had a repairman at the house January 17th. Well we gave Westrock another try after years of staying clear of them and our dealings with buying a new spa from them was a mistake as gypsies would have treated us better. From a sketchy sales approach to delivery and now awaiting repairs they were unprofessional and not very courteous with no call backs , indefinite phone wait times and total failure to answer emails, by far my worst experience of a expensive purchase. If you can walk out the door with a product and don't need help or install , maybe you could be ok , but that too is questionable. I believe this bad behavior comes down

From start to finish Westrock has been nothing but a true pleasure to deal with and there work is 100% top quality! We purchased our pool at the Homeshow back in Feb. Then soon after.... the virus hit and the lockdowns started. Westrock went over and above to get our permit filed with the town the day before the shutdown started. Because of this I was able to pick up the approved permit the day non-essential constrcution could start again. Do Not Come Here! They were super nice to us for the sales portion and right away we purchased an above ground pool in May. Especially during this pandemic, a pool is the hot commodity. We put down a $2000 and then trouble started. Sales rep never told us we had to get the pool delivered before calling the installers. By July, the installers called us and said they'd come do the install if we had the pool. WE DIDNT!!! I have been a retail customer there for 30 years. Recently shopped there and gave them my charge card number over the phone for a curbside pick up.
2 days after being charged another charge for $512 was put on my account. I have called Westrock 5 times and sent an email. They have never called me back, they have not yet credited my account. They have been rude. I would not recommend them any longer. Shop somewhere else.

This place deserves 0 stars. I don't even know how they are still in business. After paying for a new liner in April, they promised, swore up and down no matter what the liner would be installed no later than June 1st. Being that my son was turning one, I needed the liner for his first birthday party. Needless to say these scam artists had no idea what they were doing and the liner wasn't installed until late July. Westrock pool just put in a pool in for us. The entire team was excellent . Andy,Bobby , Adam and Joan. From beginning to end they were with us all the way.Just like any construction project problems and issues pop up. The minute we had an issue Andy and Adam immediately would email and call me back. The problem got resolved fast. Joan was fantastic with her knowledge of state requirements we needed to get all of our approvals quickly. The job was done on time and a in a neatly manner. I can't thank the entire team enough. Job well done. There is a reason there in business for 50 years

One star is one star too many for this place. Their customer service is horrible! The service manager is rude beyond belief and never returns a phone call. We bought a top of the line hot tub from them and it has been terrible trying to chase them down for repairs. We actually had to contact the hot tub manufacturer and get them to agree to let someone else service us. The service people that did finally come out were knowledgeable and very friendly. But it was way too much work and aggravation to get to that point. Save yourself some trouble and give your business to someone that deserves it.

We have tried three times to get a quote on a pool. The first time I went in and was told that it was 530 and they close at 6 pm so I need to come back. Then I called and was put on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected. The third time I was told everybody was busy and they would call me back. No Call returned. If that is the customer service I get when i'm trying to put a $40,000 pool in and they do not have my business yet??? I can not imagine what would happen if I signed a contract. How do they even stay in business.

Initially looking how to set up a hot tub inherited when we purchased a piece of property, we left knowing more than expected. The workers there are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVERPRICED, AND THEY DON'T DELIVER- EVER!!! I have literally called the owner Andrew Bari ten times and emailed him even more to have an order I was promised three months ago delivered. He makes promises to have work done, and when it doesn't, he doesn't return messages.
