Terrible experience. I gave them exact dimensions. They came and measured and gave me a price with an estimate of the tile cost on 27 May. On 3 June(7 days later) after I picked out the tile, the cost of the tile decreased by $40, but the estimate for the job went up by over $500. When I called to ask why they hung up on me. Very unprofessional

My experience with Zenstoneworks was nothing short of frustrating. I had to chase them for quote and to confirm my start date. The project was a small shower tile job, perhaps not their most profitable job, but it required me organizing a plumbers time and my families time without a shower. I was originally told it would be a four day project. It will now be closer to 10. That is a big difference when you do not have a shower. I was guided to tile the ceiling because the shower fan does not vent well. When the tile person arrived to lay the wall tile I'm informed that he does not have

I have worked with Lenny and his team now on two houses. He did all of my tile for a house in Rye NH and was amazing. After losing that house, I had to start over and build a new house. I tell you that Lenny and team were one of the best and only good things about this year long, painful project. Zen is professional, qualified, detailed, fair and honest. Their work is outstanding. Lenny and team had to come back multiple times when my builder messed up schedule and dates. He also had to return to "fix" things that the builder walked over and damaged due to mismanagement and not controlling subs
