They were great and very professional!! The owner, John Crain explained everything in detail!! He came out quickly... Got back with me immediately when I contacted him!! His crew was awesome in that they knew what they were doing!! They showed me what they were doing during this process!! It made this ordeal so much easier!! John and his crew of two arrived on time and were quick to evaluate my needed repairs. I had water damage from a frozen tankless water heater. They cut through the dry wall removed all affected insulation and set up a drying cell complete with two dryers and fans enclosed carefully in plastic sheeting, The equipment ran for two days and all moisture readings returned to normal. They were prompt to clean up and return everything to normal and even gave me a recommendation for a good dry wall expert to repair my wall. I highly recommend Crain's Restoration and John is also a real nice guy.

I can’t say enough about this company. They arrived to our home promptly after a flood disaster caused by broken pipes. They have been on site for 11 solid days so far. The crew has a tremendous work ethic and they were respectful and empathetic all at the same time. We could not have gotten through this disaster without their help! 5 stars not enough... more like 10 stars... quick , polite , clean and quiet. 3 month old baby and bird dog that barks... these guys came and didn’t make a peep... baby and dog never even knew they were here... work is spotless ! Definitely would recommend and use again.
