Family owned business Mike started in 1987 and he is very personable! He asked for photos and thought it wouldnt take 200$ to fix it.....came over to fix the door 30 minutes later it was in working order.
When he saw the damage he knew it was fixable and preceded to fix it. Watching him work was like watching an artist work his magic.
End result 200 $ fixed the door to working order and when it comes time to replace it he will be the business i call to do that replacement!

Outstanding customer service. We called and made an appointment for Friday. Then Thursday afternoon, I received a call from Mike stating that he had finished up a job earlier that he thought and would it be possible to come early. Absolutely you can come now, my garage door is broken, I can meet you in 30 minutes. When I got home Mike was waiting for me with his tools in hand and ready to go. He quickly assessed the issue, said he could fix it and quoted me a price. He was quick, very professional and fair. Needless to say I was impressed.

So customer oriented! I was trapped; my garage door wouldn't open so I called them mid morning. Even though they were busy they scheduled someone to come out in the afternoon, and then they called to tell me that he would be later than the 4 pm window, but was definitely coming. He did

First, they were the only garage door service that answered their phone on my first attempt to reach them. Big plus in my book. The receptionist/ front office clerk was extremely friendly and explained that an initial service call fee would be applied to the total repair cost if the repair cost exceeded the service call fee. No hidden fees and straightforward business practices--a cumulative second big plus in my opinion. They were able to accommodate my request for ASAP sevice and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The repair technician was on time and able to repair the broken garage

PGD will now be my go to garage door service. After having a terrible experience with another company, I contacted PGD via Yelp. The representatives worked with me well into the late evening to schedule a next day appointment. Technician, Manuel, arrived early in my appointment window. He was extremely friendly and professional. He quickly repaired the spring on my garage door and lubed all of the hinges and rails. Reasonable prices and professional service...what else is there to ask for? Thank you Manuel and PGD!

Mike and his team replaced three motors in our garage and serviced all the moving parts on each door. I couldn't be happier with the service I received - Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done perfectly and promptly. I appreciated the easy quote process by sending photos of our existing openers and hardware, and Mike even stopped by the same day to make sure the job was properly quoted. During the install, when the technician needed some extra parts, Mike personally stopped by to deliver them and make sure we were happy

My garage is fixed! I called for a quote and the woman on the phone helped me distinguish what was wrong with my garage door over the phone and ensured me it was the spring and had someone out to fix the problem within the hour. When he arrived he got the job done quickly and also fixed the setting of my equipment.
