Excellent service, responsiveness and workmanship I had two retaining walls and a set of stonework stairs done by Cape Codder Home Improvement. From the quoting. Patios Thiago's work is excellent. The team put a beautiful new patio off of my lower deck. It is gorgeous. I am so happy with it. The workmanship is very high quality.
They also refurbished another patio I had done by another company that turned out terribly. They turned that patio into a secure and beautiful outdoor space. You will not be disappointed! Cape Codder Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with for our two driveways. We had an estimate within a few hours of Thiago stopping by and they were able to start a few days later.

Their quote was fair, but more importantly was their work. They brought in a substantial amount of base, machine tamped it, leveled it and laid the patio blocks.

We are beyond thrilled with our new paver patio! Thiago and his crew are true professionals as well as true artists. First off, he answers the phone when you call which is rare on the Cape. The communication was easy, they came when they said they would come, and finished on time. They also left my yard spotless which is no small task given the demolition of an existing cement walkway and the installation of a 300 sq ft patio. Everyone who sees it is blown away by the transformation and attention to detail.

His team is creative, they work hard and churn out incredible finished product that makes you want to have them back for other home improvement projects. It starts with the first interaction when you line up the appointment. You get an immediate response, which is very rare today. Thiago arrives on time, reviews the projects, discusses the alternatives, doesn’t rush and can even give you a price of the job, on the spot (he knows his business well). Thiago was amazing to work with. He built us a small curved granite walkway. He had the best rate of all the estimates I got, was able to start the job right away. He was very responsive and stayed in contact through the process sending pictures, etc. And I LOVE the finished product. Highly recommend!

Thiago just finished a second project for us. Last Fall his crew replaced our front steps with the blue stone and ceramic blue stone tiles. He added natural stones for the risers... It came out beautifully.
This week his crew installed a back patio in one day.
Great price, looks fantastic and clean up was immaculate.
