Colorado Pool + Spa Scapes, now an employee-owned business, was established in 2001 when Castle Creek Tubs and Aspen Pool & Spa merged together, establishing a reliable custom pool and spa builder, service, and repair provider from Aspen to Vail and the surrounding areas. The merger not only combined the experienced workforce of the two companies but also blended more than 25 years of experience within the pool and spa industry.

Ordered a Jacuzzi replacement heater through Aaron. It was passed on by the Jacuzzi rep himself. I specifically asked due next day shipping. Next day it didn't arrive. I called Aaron and he said it shipped standard. This was never communicated to me. He tried to say it was "miscommunication." That is far from the truth. He made a decision that was NOT communicated to me, this there is now a delay on the part getting to me.

For profit company only looking to make you pay as much as you cant afford to buy new hot tubs the repair and service staff are friendly people but management seems to be trying to rob anyone that just wants to relax in their spa. would use a small company for service and repair needs dont feel like paying 5 paychecks on 1 repair bill
