Casey started working for his father's company in San Diego right out of college in 2002. Starting from the bottom and working his way up to the top with no charity. He quickly became knowledgeable in all aspect of snaking drain lines, running the Jetter division, evaluating sewer lines and installing trenchless sewer repairs.

Rock Solid? Not my drains. He came through in under an hour on his busy schedule to clear my overflowing laundry drain pipe.
After my friend was charged over $300 just to snake a clogged pipe with another company I was expecting the worst.
Ready to hand over my chunk of hundreds RSD hit with modest bill for an hours work.
So my friend got crapped on. Passed along a business card to him to use RSD next time.
These guys made my drains rock solid and worry free again.

Casey was absolutely amazing. I own a restaurant and we were having issues with plumbing and drainage. I called him at 11:00 PM in need of help. He was incredibly courteous, professional and was there by 5:00 AM that morning. He went to quick work, diagnosed the issue and solved it before we were open for business. A true master at his craft.

Quick and great service - We had a small leak in the hose of our kitchen sink. I texted the number on the company's voicemail and got a quick response. They came out early the next day, were able to find the correct part, and had the issue fixed very quickly. The employee who came by couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely use them again!

I love that this is a family owned and local business and their prices are STILL below everyone else! They told me they could come next day and they did. I had Colton come out who was quick, face mask on, no embarrassing comments about our mess of a toilet (ha!) and was straight and to the point, but also friendly. Colton was a rockstar!
Please please please, if you're a homeowner and have a little more than a clog, call these guys up! They usually come SAME DAY and are the cheapest!!

Casey responded quickly to our issue. Out of 6 plumbing outfits he was the first, and he did it within minutes of our request on Yelp. His employee Colton showed up at 9am the next day. We had a clogged drain in a bathtub and Casey came out, diagnosed the issue quite quickly and was able to resolve it in a matter of minutes. The only downside to working with him is that you might feel like a knucklehead be a slide he makes it seem to easy!
He is prompt, courteous and professional (in addition to being very skilled). What more could you want?

I haven't written a lot of Yelp reviews lately, but I had to go on and write one for Casey at Rock Solid drains.
I was doing some work on my garden and accidentally broke a pipe. This resulted in a huge geyser and I had to turn off the water to the entire property. It was 4 in the afternoon and I live out in the boonies in Kenwood. I called Casey at Rock Solid drains and he asked me to send a couple pictures of the damage. Within two hours he had gone to the plumbing supply store, picked up supplies and got to my house. He fixed it and we had the water on in time for a late dinner.

Our kitchen and washing machine drains were backing up, even after I'd put a biological drain digester down it twice.
I called Rock Solid Drains and even though it was Saturday, Colin, a very pleasant and competent young man was here within 2 hours and snaked both drains and fixed the issue.
I highly recommend him.

I tried to snake out a clogged drain on my own and could not get it done. Contacted Rock Solid through Yelp and within 10 minutes had a list of abailable dates and times, one of which was same day. This was at amost 3 in the afternoon.
Casey was at my home in a couple hours and quickly had the pipe cleared out. Professional, quick, clean and friendly. I highly recommend!
