Orders of in stock items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders containing custom manufactured parts of specialty sourced items may take longer to ship. Please keep in mind that we only process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Thursdays could ship Friday or Monday, while orders placed on Fridays could ship Monday or Tuesday and still be within our shipping policy.

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered from this company online and received the product (1/2" closed cell backer) It measured Not 1/2" Called the company and spoke with Dolores Miglis, she said she was the owner. At first she started making all kinds of Crazy excuses like Atmospheric Conditions where affecting the product. I found that funny so I told her I bought it though PayPal and would get a refund from them. She said she would take it back. After she received it, she didn't refund the full amount. Now I have to wait for Paypal to collect my money from them, and thankfully they will! Not

I contacted Tru Supply sometime ago looking for a rather specific item, and though it doesnt seem to exist, Dolores was very helpful and sent me some items that might work for what I needed.
I didnt end up using them, and had to go in a different direction but its very nice getting customer service like that even though they received nothing in return.
