I called to schedule an appointment for a washing machine repair. The gentleman I spoke with advised me that the part I was having an issue with is likely still under warranty and that I should call the manufacturer directly. He also took the time to explain what the likely issue was to me. He could have easily scheduled an appointment to come out and charged me for the repair, but instead he lost a sale by advising me how to get my work done under warranty.
I’m very impressed with the honesty of this company and will definitely use them in the future with any further appliance repairs.

Highly recommended. Good service is hard to find these days. I was absolutely thankful to have All Hours Appliance come to the rescue when we needed washer and dryer repairs at the same time.
