I called Jetter Drains on a Friday night because my air-conditioning wasn't working, and the inside temperature was 85! John came to my house the very next morning on a Sat. and put in a new capacitor. John was the only person who would come the next day, so I'm grateful to him.

My sump pump was dead. Real dead. I was the bucket brigade in my basement all night.
I contacted them at 1am and they got up and wrote me a text about my problem on the spot. It wasn't a canned text.
They came out during a day of downpourss and installed a new sump pump. This is challenging when the basement is trying to flood while they are installing the pump.
They were very thorough and their heart was in their work. I will be using them in the future for other plumbing problems.

Had an issue with a clogged toilet, John came in removed his shoes (dont see that anymore lately) and went to work on unclogging. It was a bit of a challenge but he was able to get the job done. I live in a 55 and over community where the "maintenance " dept was going to charge 3 times what Jetter Drains charged. Very happy with the work done and although he repaired the issue, we will definitely replace an old bowl and look forward to having Jetter Drains do the work and any service they list they can do that we may need. On Mon. evening, 11/19, our kitchen drain would not go down. I tried to plunge it, add Draino, all the home remedies I could find on line, nothing worked. I hoped overnight it would open up. Obviously my wife began to worry since we were have family over on 11/22 and we needed to prepare some items ahead. 11/20, 5 am I checked and drain was dry. Began to gain confidence until I ran water into the kitchen sink. Within . minutes it was backed up. I picked up additional drain cleaning items on my way home that a.m., tried them, waited - nothing. I made a list of companies in East Brunswick

John did an excellent job on our clogged drainage from the gutters, that was left by the clogging of the "maintenance free" gutter. He not only found the cause and identified the cause as caused by the sprinkler system. Eventually we contacted the sprinkler system company who came and fixed the broken pipes. John even returned and used the camera system to make sure that everything was okay. Can not recommend him enough for the plumbing related issues!

Just got my own place and my heat wasn't working and a friend of mine told me to call Jetter Drains because he's an expert in heat and air conditioning. He was very punctual and came as he said he would, very kind and explained everything I needed to get done as why I needed it done.
