They "replaced" our roof 6 years ago, and for a rather exorbitant cost. It's started leaking twice since then. The first time, they promised to send someone out multiple times to check it out, but nobody ever showed up much less fixed the problem. Now it's leaking again, and since it's a holiday I'm sure nobody's going to answer us anytime soon. They gave us a roof that can't survive wind and rain and haven't honored the supposed lifetime warranty.

Alcraft added a deck to my parent's house, they're replacing their windows next. my parents are really satisfied with the work, as am I - it looks really nice. the president of the company coming to their house himself was a surprise treat for them, unheard of in most businesses. thank you alcraft for my parent's new deck and soon to be new windows.

We had our windows replaced by Alcraft, Inc. The windows needed to be specially made for our home. Not only were they top quality but cost about 30% less than our neighbors paid. This with financing that they helped us obtain have made the windows pay for themselves with the savings on our oil bill. We are very happy with Alcraft and the services they provided us.

Overpriced Roof. Poor Roof job...Leaked After they put new roofing on. They came back to repair.... But the roof, still leaks ...damaging my ceiling....had to find another...contractor to repair roof the second time...out of pocket.

They will mislead you to close the sale..will promise you anything and lie to customer ... owner Mike is arrogant and pompous... will talk down to customers like if they are ignorant...when issues or questions come up Mike will tend to go back to small print claus in contract...belittling a customer as if customer is not the way to do business...look else where and do your homework before you pick this incompetent company...I wish I had

DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!!! They’d never return voicemails, they never come when they are supposed to. They were supposed to come here today between 11:00 - 12:00. Did they show up today? NO!!
Left a voicemail on their number, NO callback. All we want is to get the windows fixed. How hard is that.
We have call repeatedly and they take months to call you back. Very disappointed
Called them the next day, yes, yes, we are coming. Never showed up or phone call. Very frustrated, calling Better Business Bureau to let them know. They better NOT call us back after the warranty is up!!!
