My wife and I couldn't be happier with our choice of RiveRock Remodeling for our remodeling project. (We are currently towards the end of the planning process and have just pulled permits.) Our project manager, Mat, has been simply outstanding. Truly, it has taken us 4 years of talking to various contractors, architects, and designers before we found the confidence to move ahead after meeting with Mat. Working with RiveRock Remodeling Berkeley CA and his team was a pleasure. They did what they said they would do, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work was great. They helped us with the bathroom remodeling (looks AMAZING ) in our house and we’re very happy with it. The main thing that I valued was the peace of mind that if I had any questions or concerns I can call Nick and he was willing to have a conversation to address the issue. I reached out to numerous design and build firms. I got detailed quotes from 4 different firms, while RiveRock Remodeling didn't provide the cheapest quote, it was very competitive and I felt most comfortable proceeding with them.
Nick, have been great to work with and he helped me make the best of my space and proposed designs that fit my needs and aligned with what was important to me.
The approval from the board was a struggle and I had to negotiate on some matters with the board. This added significant delays to the work
