The team at Greenwald & BC assisted us with a rather large remodel of our grocery store in Mt Pleasant. Colin did an excellent job of contacting and scheduling sub-contractors and Matt was at the job site almost everyday
to assure the project was progressing quickly and safe. We were very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them for any commercial project you may have.

Fire in a barbershop right next door to my building, spread into my building in Downtown Alma. What a wet stinking mess !
Colin, and the crew at Greenwald came in and did a fantastic job of identifying everything it would take to help my renters transition into temporary quarters, cleanup and replace all the damage parts of the building.
They were especially helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster. Because they were so detailed in the restoration plan the insurance company had very few questions, and gave approvals quickly!
Everybody is back in the building, and business is going great

We experienced a tragic house fire which horrifically and extensively damaged our newly renovated home. The fire left us distraught and bewildered to say the least. Greenwald & BC did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They were here a little later than expected but there was also a flood in a nearby town that caused the delay. I understand that completely.
The finish carpenters did a good job and involved us with any questions or issues. I will have them come the next time we have a remodel project.
