VMI's crews and construction techniques have been specifically tailored to quickly and efficiently build high-quality concrete flatwork for large industrial and warehouse facilities. Our expertise extends to all floors, from dry shake manufacturing floors to Fmin and superflats for VNA (Very Narrow Aisle), wire guidance systems, and heavy forklift traffic.

VMI is highly skilled in concrete finishing to the exact specifications of Fmin and superflat slabs. Our experienced finishers are certified by the American Concrete Institute as Commercial Industrial Flatwork Finishing and Technician Specialists.
VMI has a team of highly-trained field engineers to handle all layout tasks. Each field engineer is equipped with a robotic total station to make sure all structural elements, anchor bolts, and embeds are placed with precision. All anchor bolts and excavation trenches are double-checked before and after concrete placement to ensure quality.
