Ugly Duct cleaning came out to my house and were really awesome. They explained the work that needed to be done before they did it. Then they did it quickly and cleaned everything immediately. I did not have a good experience with them. I cannot speak on how their air duct cleaning work is because we never made it to that point.
I called and left a message to get an appt for air duct cleaning and did not get a callback for 2 weeks. Once they did call back, we scheduled a date and it was a no show without a call. The owner offered a free dryer vent cleaning to make up for it but I passed.
If I had my own business and received bad reviews about call backs and no shows, I have to believe I would fix the problem.
