You know your home needs new windows. Now what? Deciding on the style of window you want can seem like an intimidating task, but it doesn't have to be. Double hung windows are a great choice for any home. Although there are many style options when it comes to windows, the most popular choice for replacement windows remains the same, double hung windows.
Casement windows, also known as French casement windows, are hinged at the side to open outward with a single handle crank. With a casement window, you have the option to open your window to the left or opening your window to the right. Plus, the sleek design of the casement handle lays flush to the window frame so it will not disturb your blinds or window treatments.
Slider windows can dramatically change the styling and functionality of your current window opening. They can be constructed as either a 2-section slider, or as a 3-section slider for wider window openings. Similar to the double hung, the sashes on the slider windows can be easily removed for easy cleaning.
Vinyl awning windows are a beautiful and functional option for your home. They improve air flow in your home, offer clear views to the outside, and provide excellent security. Do not recommend! Make sure you're aware that they only take out the glass portion of your old windows, they do not remove and replace the window frame/sill. So if your old frames/sill are water damaged, worn, faded, scratched, etc. it'll still be like that after they replace the windows. They put a piece of quarter round around each window and tell you to caulk it and paint it (it's unfinished wood). Not only does that look trashy, but the caulk will end up separating and look even worse. Furthermore, you'll either have to paint or stain the old window frame and quarter round in order to match

Do not waste your hard earned money with Feldco. We spent $18k on new windows in our home, all leaked air, they replaced the entire house again, half leaked air, they replaced those with a different style, and a few of those still leak air. We have to tape several windows for every winter to cut down on the wind tunnel draft.
We had a different install crew every time, and I dealt with 3 different salesmen.
Stay FAR away from this scam of a company.

Had seamless gutters installed and they were all too short. Gave the contractor a chance to fix them right and he didn’t. Called Feldco to file a complaint to get them to do an inspection. Guy came out and… agreed they were installed wrong and too short . Still haven’t got my gutters fixed and it’s been since the end of October. They kept calling me wanting me to pay the other half of quoted price and I haven’t because the job isn’t complete. If the job isn’t fixed by a certain date then they are not getting the rest of the money from me. Worst company

While I love the windows that have been installed, extremely disappointed that we've received the run around on our screen for our patio door. it was ordered in May and installed in September, but no screen. At first we were told the installers forgot to put it on the truck. Then we were told they couldn't find it in the warehouse. Now we are being told it was back ordered. Last time we called to check the status, my husband was told, "Don't call us, we'll call you."

We just used Feldco for the 2nd time. Had a very large picture window with transom replaced the 1st time 5 years ago and just had 15 windows replaced this week. Totally and completely impressed with the quality product and professionalism of the installers. Jerrod and Derrick out of the Peoria, Il. facility rock the casbah. They did an amazing job and totally cleaned up so that you would never know anything had been done.We were told 8 - 12 weeks and had it all done by the end of the 7th week. All I can say now is “WOW” !!!!!!!

I had Feldco come out and give me a quote for 13 windows.Salesman gave me the price and said they will replace any rotten wood they find that are around the windows.
They come out 2 weeks after the date i was told to put the windows in.I go to inspect the windows.
One window was installed on rotten wood that i can clearly see because there isn’t… drywall on that wall yet.Plus you have to force the lock to get it to lock.
Another window you have to hold it down and lock it or it will spring up 1/4 inch.
Another window has a broken screen.
Im sure if i pull the metal trim off on the

I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. We ordered news doors in April and put down a generous deposit. It’s Nov 1- no doors, no calls and my rep no longer works for the company. Unbelievable run around through customer service. Just cancelled for a refund (which had better be received in the timeframe promised). Go elsewhere- don’t use Feldco!!

Did you ever have a company turn you off so bad over the phone while trying to get an estimate and they're giving you the third degree, you realize that don't even want a representative to come to your house let alone have them do work on it? Well that's my Feldco expirence.
I recommend you follow my course of action, when being told you'll have to sit through an hour long sales presentation or you can't get windows from FELDCO and politely respond with a; "Go 'F' yourself", hang up and call any of the other local window companies that don't want to pitch you on paying hundreds more than you need

I ordered a garage door July 13. 2021 I had to call and complain when the measure appointment was booked 6 weeks later. They came out 3 weeks after sale and measured but never ordered the door. I called and complained to office they told me they didn't know when they would install. Now today September 18th I found out they didn't order the door till after I called and complained but they still have not got a production or install estimated time. 3 months and no progress.

Feldco actually means it when they say one call will take care of it all.from the original phone call to inquire about pricing to the finished installation was probably the easiest thing i have done for my home.very responsive to any and all questions i had .explained the whole measuring process and installation procedure. If you need windows replacement don't waste your time looking elsewhere the pricing and product cannot be beaten.

We had them replace five exterior doors including a brand new front door and a lower level replacement of a sliding door with a swing out door and sidelight. The doors are gorgeous, much warmer than the old doors and the installers did a terrific job. Shane the regional manager and his crew are terrific!

From the planning, choices and placement of the windows to the installation, I cannot say enough. Wonderful quality of product. Installers were the best. Their follow-ups were great. I had a durable storm door put on my garage entry door, and it could not have turned out better. I would use Feldco again.
