Chain Portables & Septic

If I could put less than 1 I would. He brought it out a day late. When I called him on the day he actually brought it he said he would be there by noon. Had to call back 2 more times that afternoon finally got it about 6 pm.
He got out of the truck and started arguing with us and the truck driver immediately. Asked for payment before he would unload. Over the phone he said he would send a bill. It sat in our yard for a month before he picked it up.

Just worst "business" I've dealt with. Got a Porta John over the 4th of July at my home for about 5 days. First off the guy called no less than 3 times asking for payment although we payed him on the first call. They pocket dialed me twice. Not even sure how that's possible these days..
They didn't deliver on the promised date - it was delivered two days later on the afternoon of the day we actually needed it. We still have it. A week and a day later after it was to be picked up. And it smells, bad. To top it off, we've called several times for them to come and get it and the guy says "I didn

Was very displeased with the service Was only willing to come out every 2 weeks to clean it Was very rude on the phone. In my opinion very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of. We tried to confirm multiple times he was dropping off the porta. He was supposed to drop the porta off at my house last Thursday for my wedding the next day (Friday). He didn’t tell me til mid morning Friday that he didn’t have the correct address. He finally dropped it off and was supposed to pick it up on Monday. It’s now Wednesday and it’s still in my yard and he will NOT respond to any messages or calls or emails.
Finally got ahold of him and he hung up on me and then would not return my next call.
Just come pick up the porta potty!?

Bruce has supplied portables and maintained them here for many years - always responsive and keeps the units in excellent condition!
