Excellent company to work with! Owner has 52 years experience and it was very evident. Initially purchased tile at both big box stores. Quality was horrible. 90% has glazing defects. I then found City Tile and ordered 4 1/4 American Olean Matte Finish tiles and bullnose. There was a slight hiccup beyond their control being the tile received were USA made and bullnose Mexican made that were undersized slightly to each other. City Tile immediately corrected the issue sourcing the entire order with usa made tiles and received promptly. Their selection is amazing and staff super knowledgeable.

I special ordered some tile from this store and they got it in pretty quickly. Prices were considerably cheaper than their competitor that is a few blocks away. When you compare prices between stores make sure you know what the "freight" charges are. City Tiles prices appear to be more per tile UNTIL you factor in what other stores are charging for shipping. Make sure when you get your quotes elsewhere that you see the full price and then call City Tile and compare. Owners were pleasant to work with even when I had to go into the store right at closing time to pick up my order after work.
