Everywhere he goes, people want to know about Chad, and most are surprised to see he is a real guy! Ever since Chad was little, he's had a strong desire to be creative with his hands. That desire led him into the Construction field as a laborer at the age of 15. And by the age of 18, Chad owned and operated a remodeling and new construction company in Wisconsin.
We offer a lot, but if you have a special request or unusual project, please feel free to ask! Changing light bulbs, air filters, or smoke detector batteries. Hang some hooks, or a picture or two. There is nothing too small for Chad to take on - as long as it's large enough for him to see it. Just because we have "Handyman" in our name, does not mean we are limited in skill.
While plenty of "Handyman" say they can do repairs, what really matters is getting it done right. This is why we offer an extended warranty, for all of our labor and materials we provide. From drawer hardware to toilet handles, we stand behind the products we provide. And for those projects with bigger needs, we also sell cabinets, tile, and more - direct from the manufacturer.

Amazing job! I called Chad the Handyman after reading reviews.I needed a tray ceiling conversion, my appointment was made within a week!!! Sam my technician came on time, was polite, respectful to me and my home, intelligent knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. The job was done to perfection. Chad the handyman was called to hang pictures and do some repairs. Sam was our repair guy. He was a very nice young man. He was very professional and went over every cost as he began and throughout the job letting us know the cost. We live full time in Tampa and we were very please with the finished job. I use Chad the Handyman regularly for all updates and miscellaneous repairs in my condo and in my daughter's condo. Sam and Ben are my usual service pros and they are honest, reliable and trustworthy. They have done everything from drywall repair to smoke detector, light fixture installation and bathroom caulking work. I highly recommend tgem and this company.

I used Chad the Handyman to put together some Ikea furniture and hang a few things at my mother's new place in a retirement complex. I called 2 handyman services that I found on Google and the team at Chad called me back right away. (The other place never called me back at all BTW). The 2 guys who came out, Sam and Josh, were both excellent and very professional. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Had projects around the home that needed attention; install ceiling fans, fix doorbell, install new front door entry handle, replace lighting in kitchen build a cornice board. I had Chad The Handyman stop by and install two monitors with outlets and a glass dry erase board in my home office. Additionally, they were able to fix a motion detector light switch and install a google nest fire detector. I'm super happy with the work done and how fast everything was installed. They came right away to address the issues observed by an inspector in a real estate transaction. Matt quickly tackled all issues, used the report to make sure all issues were corrected. Had three tasks we needed completed. Called around 11 am and was a quick response, we had someone at our home at 1 pm.
Matt did a phenomenal job with all three tasks. One was an electrical problem, one a support on our lanai and the other leveling an actual propellor in our living area. He was quick, clean, professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely only use Chad the Handyman for all of our needs. I highly recommend this organization and feel you will find they respond quickly and efficiently.

I would like to commend Chad the Handyman for an outstanding job building and installing my wine bar. We've used this company in the past for faucets, installing fans and lights. We were told about their home construction business from Ryan L. who was in our home performing the work. From start to finish there was no detail left out. Lyndee worked with me on putting this together making solid recommendations along the way. I hired Chad and his team for several tasks, small to large. For small - He repaired weather stripping, put togther a pesky DIY closet kit, and attended to a list of other homeowner jobs that are periodically and annoyingly necessary.
