Positive: Quality
Mr. Bailey came out and gave me some free advice on a problem that I was having. He could have taken the opportunity to take on the small project and charge me hundreds, but instead he recommended a much less expensive fix that I could do myself. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Seems like an honest guy.
