Crystal Cleaning have been cleaning my apartment about once a month for the past year. They do an incredible job and they are very thorough. My wood floors are positively gleaming. As others have mentioned, their rates are very competitive. They do not clean inside the fridge or oven unless you specify and then there is usually an extra charge because of the extra time it takes. Keep in mind they provide their own cleaning supplies unless you provide your own. So that is a cost to them in addition to their time. If you consider this, her rates are extremely competitive.

I hired them for their deep cleaning service to clean my home when it was brand new. I don’t believe in micro management, so I assumed they will do their job. There were many areas which still had dust and webs on them. They were cleaning while I had another guy changing locks, so we had some mess inside the door and some outside the door. They cleaned the mess which was inside the door, but left everything outside the door. They didn’t clean fireplace area which was visibly dusty. They’re good at only pockets DEEP CLEANING. They don’t sweep porches. $300 cleaning for only 2 hours of cleaning

I used Crystal Cleaning Service when my condo needed a professional cleaning before selling. I coordinated with Nicholas who was both responsive and kind. I had a last-minute update to the sale of my home, and he accommodated my needs perfectly. My condo building can be really confusing related to parking, key release, etc. He passed along thorough notes to the staff who let themselves in and out with zero headache to me. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Crystal Cleaning came to clean our home and did a superb job. We were moving in at the time and needed/wanted it to be as clean as possible. The bathrooms were AMAZING...so clean. It just felt good walking into a fresh place. The two person team did really well. We're looking forward to using them again as soon as we can. I would highly recommend the service.

This was my first experience using this cleaning service and I was very impressed. Two cleaners showed up on time and went straight to work. The oven was particularly hard to clean and looks sparkling clean now. Also the bathrooms were cleaned with great attention to detail.
They were amazing! Great attitude, great work ethic with great results! I recommend them highly. Thank you to both of you for the great follow through when things were not right.

I use Crystal Cleaning every week! I have had live-ins and other housekeepers before but nothing like these Girls. I am an Interior Designer and visit people's homes every day and can honestly say "My house is the cleanest home that I have ever seen." It is such a joy to come home..... I've put off getting a cleaning service for a long time, thinking that I can do a better job, cheaper myself. I finally broke down and decided to call a cleaning service after my battles to keep my 2 BR apartment clean got the best of me. I called Crystal Cleaning and talked to Nicholas who was incredibly professional and discussed the services with me. I booked Crystal for the initial deep cleaning which was performed by a two-person team in a little over 2 hours. When I came out of my home office to inspect the apartment, I was amazed.
