Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a pool. He measured and said he would have an estimate that same week. Never received an estimate and when he did finally answer my texts said he was on vacation. Still to this day have not received an estimate. Very unprofessional.
