The company assigned Dan to assist us. Dan and the Co. were amazing ! They did a great job negotiating with the Insurance Co,

Scott was amazing!! I was very impressed with this company overall! I can't say enough good things about Scott and how much he went out of his way to help us get our entire roof replaced and working with our insurance company's adjuster. Scott was very professional, super friendly, honest and answered every single question we had. Kept me updated on the timelines of the work and when things would be completed. The crew was always on time, worked very well together and because they stayed a little longer than normal to finish the work, I bought them lunch and beverages to cool them down

Worked with Dan to install a roof at our place in N Phx. Dan was amazing! Apart from the work itself, I had some amazing conversations with him and he was very supportive of our situation and sometimes even went beyond to save us extra costs. We had so many estimates from roof companies and some of them were also a lot cheaper, but after talking to Dan, we knew we did not want anyone else. Our house now has a new roof and we have a new friend, seriously! 100% recommend this service! Thanks to Dan!

Great experience from start to finish. They not only did an excellent job but the quality and attention to detail was outstanding. Sorry to say that I watched the progress from start to finish (probably made the crew uncomfortable lol) but I never had one incident where I had to question what they were doing. Very fairly priced but with exceptional quality. Definitely would recommend.

Daryl was very prompt and explained everything. He was great to work with, providing honest opinions and not just stating what would make him the most money. I appreciated that the estimate included some items that others do not. One of them being painting the drip edge and bird block to match the house! Johnny and his team did a great job. They were always on time, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned very thoroughly too! My roof looks great and my neighbors even commented about the quality work they saw being completed.

I had a very bad experience with Daryl Cook and In-Ex Designs.
First of all they did not meet the dates promised in the proposal contract. Then they tried to tell me that I needed extra work done to up sell me, that I did not need, using scare tactics because I live out of town.
Then they refused to send my warranty until I paid.
After I paid, they did not give the warranty that they promised in the proposal contract. I now have to take them to court with the document that shows what they promised and are refusing to give.
They won't even return my calls, terrible experience all around!!

Daryl was prompt, efficient and professional during the bid process. He gave me a fair estimate and his projected start time for the project was right on. Effective communication throughout the process. Site Managers Jorge and Johnny were efficient and answered all of my questions. The crew was amazing and finished the entire job in 2 long days,… minimizing the disruption of everyday family life. The cleanup was also impressive, I think I found 1 nail and nothing else. I highly recommend In-Ex for your roofing jobs. We're ready for the monsoons now!

After the big rains, we had large leaks flowing into the garage. Quotes ranged to over $1000's. Daryl came out and gave us an honest repair quote at by far the best price. We're going to need a new roof in the next couple of years, so he wanted to fix the problem at hand, correctly, to last until we replace everything. No need to spend extra now… for no reason! The crew showed up on time and had the job done in half a day. Repaired everything, set up some extra water flow safeguards, and left everything clean. Horrible pressuring door to door salesman. These guys hit my Tempe neighborhood after a hail storm. They left their sign in my front yard as if I was a customer. This was about 2 months ago. Today the same pushy salesman came back saying he wanted to do my roof now, I told him I was not interested and he told me I was stupid for not letting him get my insurance company to pay for it.
These guys are shady and just want to screw over your insurance company.
