From start to finish our experience with Wallingford glass was easy, pain-free, and the price was very comfortable. We found and upstairs window with a crack running through it and honestly had no idea what to do. Scott walked us through the whole process of coming out, measuring the window, and letting us know the plan going forward. He later came back when the window was ready and replaced it extremely quickly. They're able to work around your schedule and the service is friendly. Would recommend for any and all home glass needs.

We had some specialist glazing designed for our Listed Building which needed replacing. Wallingford Glass and Glazing were able to quickly identify the issue and propose suitable alternatives which met the requirements of our listing. The part that really stood out for me was the delivery. The same person came and measured, installed, realised there was an issue, took the problem away and then completed the install. He was also super polite and professional. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you!

Very happy with the finished product and the service from David and his team. Not only did they take away all the old windows but they cleaned up after themselves before they left! Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace windows.

Asked for a quote on some work after lockdown; they came around, pretty promptly. Spent about an hour here, made loads of notes
Heard nothing back. I've chased them by email, facebook, phone. Still nothing
I hear all these good reports about them. I want to spend money with them (we've about 12 windows to replace or update). Just can't get anywhere. It's very annoying.

Very impressed with these guys. After getting quotes for the exact same composite door with other companies like Everest and Safestyle, and finding them hideously overpriced and in love with their ego, I went to Wallingford Glass and they made my life so much easier. They were straight to the point, up front with everything and offered a completely reasonable price. The fitting went well and the finishing of the work was immaculate. Could not recommend them enough.

However what really lets them down is their poor reliability and responsiveness. When I've tried to get a quote recently, although they came out fairly quickly to measure up, they haven't actually given me the quote after two weeks, despite me calling four times and being promised a response multiple times. Still nothing. Had a similar experience getting a quote for the first job. They need to get better at this, it makes them very frustrating to deal with.

These people are so amazing and helpful. They come over when they say they will come and there is no hassle involved. Scott came out three times to look at my job and measure and did not charge me anything for those visits. The reason he had to come out three times was my fault not his. Additionally their prices are very reasonable. If I could give them 10 starts I would!!

I managed to crack a kitchen window while washing them one day, so I called Wallingford Glass & Mirror. Scott came out that day, measured up the size of the window, and said it takes about 10-14 days to have the replacement made by their supplier.
That was perfectly acceptable, as long as it's done in that time frame.
Scott told me he needed 1/2 of the cost in advance, but rather than that, I wrote the check for the entire amount. The cost was really very reasonable.
Twelve days later, Scott called and said the replacement pane was in, and he'd be out early the following day to change
