DO NOT HIRE Kilcrease Construction. Signed a contract for $49K Kilcrease was 15-inches off on the concrete pour and he forgot to call "811" his crew hit the electric cable line. Filed complaints with Florida State DBPR, the Attorney General's office and Sumter County building department. Kilcrease walked off the job. My lawyer settled with Kilcrease's insurance company. Have photos, videos and emails to support my Kilcrease nightmare. Senior citizens beware!

Kilcrease Construction is an awesome company that puts their heart into their work. They make sure everything is perfect for you and they honor their builder’s warranty. Chuck is awesome and makes sure you have everything you need fixed. The Kilcrease crew are honest and professional people. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Terrible experience and would never use them again for screen enclosure. They never answer calls, only when it's time for them to be paid or to sign a contract. Took several months to begin the job. They get extremely mad when you try to ask them a question about the project. Don't use this company, run!!!

They hire sub par contractors to do the work. Chuck will only show up at the job site when payment is due. They offer a warranty that they don’t honor. They will tell you the job isn’t finished until the customer is satisfied. That is a lie! We are far from satisfied! When you call, Chuck will tell you he will look into the issue and get back to you. He doesn’t! If you leave a message, it is ignored. Very poor customer service! Consumer beware you are NOT getting what you paid for!

- [ ] I signed a $15,000.00 contract for an enclosed courtyard with Chuck Kilcrease who immediately subcontracted it to a unsupervised young man. So many issues, but the major one was the paver foundation was not prepared or graded properly so when it rained the water did not flow to the center drain they installed, it flooded my home entrance way. After 6 months of pleading to resolve the issue I threatened to file a complaint with the State, as suggested by the Sumter building department. Chuck sent a young family member worker, he dug up the dirt, installed a 20’ perimeter drain and then swept
