Your asphalt is constantly under attack from Ultraviolet rays, Moisture, Temperature variations, and Chemicals (left behind from vehicles and people). If your asphalt has signs of cracking, the time is now for action. By properly applying SealMaster crack seal, we can prevent additional moisture from getting underneath your pavement and causing more and severe damage known as "Alligatoring" or "Spider Webbing", etc.
Sealcoating brings back that "brand new" appearance to your asphalt and can more than double the life of your pavement!. You must sealcoat to protect the asphalt from ultraviolet light, water penetration and chemical attack. The asphalt binder that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation.
