Steve Flynn is not just a mason, he is a true artist! His work is perfection. His style is simply hard work on his hands and knees. He selects each stone by hand and then he goes to work on it with a mason hammer..the stone is transformed into a work of art. He is so precise. A true Professional. Steve is just finishing the third job for me and I can't speak highly enough of the quality of his work. He's been great at communicating what will happen and when. Many companies could learn from his business ethics. One of the jobs required special coating work and he researched it extensively before beginning and it turned out great. I've had many compliments from neighbors on what he did.

Steve is very prompt with call backs. His work is excellent. He knows what he's doing and does an excellent job. Work area is cleaned up daily. We had an garage addition done and the first company I hired did such a messy job with the prep work for the footers I ask Steve if he could come look at the job site and give me a bid to do the footers and the concrete work. He did and I'm so happy I made that call. As a builders daughter and having help build the last 3 homes with my dad; I know from experience he does quality work.

Steve did a flagstone porch, walk and patio for us which turned out making improvement in the appearance of our vacation home in Lake Lure. He did exactly what we agreed upon and completed the job when he said he would. Not being there the whole time as we live in Illinois, he updated us on a daily basis with pics he took so we could see his progress. He cleaned up the worksite leaving no materials or debris - not sure if you could find anyone better to do the job. He is honest and professional. We would call him again without hesitation for any future masonry work. He cares about the job and sincerely

Steve replaced a railroad tie retaining wall that supported my driveway, with a rebar block wall that is sure to outlast the house. He was super reasonable with his quote, and even saved me several hundred dollars by the time the project was completed. I feel very lucky to have found a guy like Steve for this project. He was personable and honest and I would certainty recommended him to others. I also hope to work with him again in the future on another retaining wall that needs repair.
