I am new to the condo life & set up an appointment to have a new heat pump installed by an HVAC company. Little to my knowledge, I had to have the sprinkler system drained & turned off as I did need a sprinkler head moved. I called ABJ in a panic as I did not want my HVAC contractor to leave. They were onsite in less than 15 minutes & took care of what needed to be taken care in a very professional manner. My lack of understanding became their emergency to me & they stepped up to the plate & hit it out of the ballpark. HIGHLY recommended to anyone!!!

Horrible company. Verizon screw up and does not put long distance on our monitoring line. They come down (60 mile trip). In and out detect no long distance. Charge us $330.00 for a service call. As much as the annual subscription. We would expect to pay some charge. Not that ridiculous amount. They didn't care! Just wanted payment. Could have flown the tech here for less money.
