Was told title and tag were paid for in price of vehicle. Ended up paying for part of tag because someone doesn't do their job right. Vehicle I bought had a cracked windshield orr ordered one. Made an appointment and drove 80 miles to get it put on. Only one person working. Had to help him put on windshield. Having my doubts about orr auto group

Battery was dead when I went to test drive the car. They replaced it, I drove it and bought the car. A few days after purchasing the car I noticed two of the tires were low on air. I added air to them and they've been holding air which means they weren't checked at the dealership. I also noticed the wheels had locking lugs on them. I turned the car upside down trying to find the wheel lock key to no avail. I went to Orr Volkswagen where I bought the Used Honda Accord and was asked by salesman Cody to go to Orr Honda to find the right wheel key and they'd replace it, which they did

This dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a “brand new” car from them (it was a loaner car that had 7k miles on it, they were just saying it was brand new and charged me for it). None of the finance paperwork was explained to me but the price was off on the car and I noticed so I brought it up and they put an almost 3k extended warranty on the car. I told them it needed to be taken off and the money needs to go back into the car. This was in April. I have reached out to them 3 times about this and still nothing has been refunded despite being told otherwise

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership!!!! My sister Recently purchased a vehicle Monday August 23, 2021 and by Friday August 26,2021 the oil change light came on. The dealership was aware that I was moving out of town and did not change the oil. Additionally, myself and my family almost lost our lives because bald tires were placed on the vehicle. My car was sliding all over the interstate and almost spun out of control twice. Two new tires are on the back and the front tires were switched out with old tires. The dealership and sales person Adam Pfsilfer refuse to answer my calls and have blocked

My mother in law went to this dealership to get a car. Was told that she could get a certain kind of vehicle or nothing. Took her down payment sent her on her way with 4 pieces of paper and not one had the breakdown of the sale....Adam was her sales man...after asking him questions he proceeds to say I'm rude and loud. Came here during our roadtrip to get some unexpected work done to my Passat TDI, extremely friendly staff in sales and service. The two people in the front of service were so great to talk with and super awesome with helping us out getting back on the road. Wish I didn’t live so far away I would come here for all my service!!

We drove 3 plus hours to buy a brand new car we found online after speaking to a sales person and verifying this car was at the lot. After getting there, test driving the car, and getting paper work ready they would NOT honor the price listed online.The manager was super unprofessional and continued to argue with my husband trying to convince him why the price listed should not be honored (it was pulled up on the computer right in front of him too).
