Rarely does one find a business owner who will give a potential customer an honest assessment of a situation which will not result in a sale for his business. This was true of Dan when I spoke to him last weekend. After I explained my situation and texted him pictures. He readily helped me simply resolve the problem. A great big thank you to Dan. If asked I will certainly recommend him to any friends and family looking to add/enhance their gas fireplace.

Dan came to take a look at our gas log fireplace which had not been used in a few years. We were expecting big repairs or even a new system. To our surprise Dan said he would not do a thing to our logs and then did not charge us for service call. That is a thing of the past with the exception of Dan Groves! Would certainly recommend his services to anyone!

Dan Groves response time and service was amazing! He came the next morning after my call and quickly repaired the (~15 year old) gas logs that came with my recent home purchase. I definitely would buy gas logs from Gas Logs of North Georgia if mine ever need replacing or upgrading.

Dan Groves is amazing. When we purchased our home one fireplace person told us it would cost $10k to have it replaced. Dan was able to come by and in one hour the fireplace was working perfectly. In addition we purchased remotes and other services from Dan and he is always super responsive. He is definitely the man to call for any fireplace services
