Excellent service from J & D Door Sales, I called the office with a broken spring and a frayed cable, they had a repair tech out within the hour and had it fixed that afternoon. Dan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond by lubing the tracks and hinges and snugging the hinge bolts. It is great to have a business that takes such pride in their work.

I had called late afternoon when my garage door wouldn’t open and talked to the secretary Nick came the next morning and fixed the door so I could use it until he could get back with the right size spring he called within a couple days and came right away and fixed it. I think there service was prompt, the price was fair and they were nice people to talk to and do business with. I would absolutely recommend them.

Making the appointment was easy. The employee who answered was professional and friendly, and accommodated my work schedule.
The day of, the repairman called me on when he would arrive. Professional in appearance, he diagnosed my problem, explained the repair and the cost.
When the job was done, lubricated all the necessary parts, cleaned up the work site, and offered me his card if I experienced any issues.
I was impressed with everyone I spoke with, and found the cost very reasonable.

Great customer service and quality workmanship. I definitely recommend J&D Door Sales. I ordered two new garage doors and they recommended that I get less expensive doors than what I was looking at because I didn’t need the more expensive ones. He explained why and I appreciated that he saved me money. They delivered as promised and were very friendly.
