I called JML to replace my 2-car garage door, tracks, and springs after the springs kept breaking. John came out to take a look, and he said my original door was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. Instead, he recommended putting in new springs over the door opening instead of the old ones along the side that kept breaking. He totally could have gone along with the original request to replace the whole thing for thousands of dollars, but he gave me his honest opinion to keep the original door and just swap out the springs for a quarter of the cost.
