Wakefield Landscape has been maintaining local commercial gardening accounts in the Auburn area since 1987. The Rocklin Mercedes dealership is the only account we travel to outside of Auburn at this time. Von Housen asked us to provide maintenance after our landscape renovation of the corporate office.
Properly planned drainage works! A little extra planning to ensure proper drop to allow for fast flow really helps in a downpour. Two main types of drains are installed. Flexible ribbed thin-wall abs and white hard shell styrene. The downside is the roots tend to enter through the loose fitting even if taped, is not water tight at connection points and is easy to crush during backfill.
We offer full service irrigation design, irrigation repair, irrigation valve repair, landscape mainline repairs and installation. Understanding the hydraulics of water flow, pressure and proper pipe sizing affects the life of the water system. Using the right direct burial wire to operate valves also helps to prevents cuts from shovels or moles.

Wakefield Landscaping is one of the best companies in Placer County and the surrounding region. Shawn (the owner) and his staff have always been so kind and considerate. Shawn is a professional and works hard to make sure that his customers are satisfied with his work. He is dedicated to his Clients, and often is completely booked (that in itself says a lot about his work). Shawn has helped me lay seed for grass, and grade our yard.

Wish I could give Wakefield Landscape Management a good rating but after leaving a detailed message and waiting to hear back, I never did. Maybe it was because the job was a small one. At any rate, good business relationship would be to at least return a call to me. We have since found someone else to do our landscape job.

Wakefield Landscape Management did a great job for us. We know nothing about picking trees and plants but they listened to the kinds of things we like and drew up a plan. They turned our tiny, boring back yard into a colorful oasis under budget. They also do great repair work and fixed a drainage problem in the front yard at a very reasonable price. Awesome company!
