Integrity Maintenance offers residential excavating in flat rate time blocks, hourly and by the quantity of material moved. With a quick phone consultation, we can help decide which option would be most cost effective for you. Here we have just a few of the applications we can excavate for! We can excavate ponds ranging in size from a small koi pond to large fishing ponds spanning acres.
Standing water can cause major damage to your foundation, attract mesquitos, and make mowing your grass impossible. We offer drainage solutions for any need, and we keep our prices at a flat rate per foot so you know exactly what your paying before you start. Below are just a few of the drainage options that could help you get rid that unwanted water.
If your a DIY, weekend warrior or a contractor we can make your job a lot easier. We offer dingo services with many attachments available to take the back breaking work out of your project. Our machines are 34 wide so they fit through a standard gate opening and they only put down 5.1 psi of ground pressure.
The first step in our process is to mark and drill the holes. We make sure every hole is below the frost line so that when the ground freezes the posts don't push upwards. Every company should be willing to do this but they don't! The next step is to set the posts. We always premix the concrete and wet pour around the posts.

I had another company out to repair some cracked marble tile in my kitchen and they did an awful job to say the least. My kitchen was tore apart for over 2 weeks. I had integrity maintenance out to paint a couple rooms in my home amd install a ceiling fan. The tech asked me about what was going on with the tile and i explained the situation. He told me how they would approach fixing the tile and seemed very knowledgeable. After seeing the quality work they did painting,I decided to give them a shot at the tile. They took out the tile that the previous company installed incorrectly and completed

I called integrity maintenance after having another contractor at my house to do some drywall repair in our nursery. The previous contractor did a terrible job and only made it half way through the job before he stopped showing up. The guys from integrity showed up on time and corrected the problems left behind by the last contractor. I was very pleased with their expertise and the quality work that was done. Will definitely call them in the future
