The crew at Randash auto are awesome! They go above and beyond to get you into a reliable vehicle that fits your price range. The service center there is top of the line as well! We had an issue with our car and even tho our warranty was expired they were very helpful in accommodating us as far as paying the service bill I would highly recommend Randash especially if your credit is less than perfect!

I took my car in to be "diagnosed " for the window not rolling up...I'm not a mechanic but pretty obvious it was the motor...took an hour to check only that after I asked for another issue to be checked (that was noticed by them 3-4 months ago) and an oil change ....no time she said and nothing covered under the warranty they offer! What a joke!!!!!

Don't go to Randash, my wife and I drive very little with the car we have got from this company. We have been in and out of the shop 5 times now and randash has endangered my life as well as my family. They do not fix the issue and give you hell about it when they can't find it and take it on their short 2 minute test drives.
3 days after receiving our vehicle our check engine light popped on, myself knowing cars and have spent years rebuilding cars took my code reader to the computer and found

So....my friend went in to just look at cars. Not only was she pressured into buying a car (which she didn't thank god), but at 26 percent finance charge over 48 months. They also would not tell her what the price of the car was after she asked, they only told her what the downpayment would be. I have not personally looked closely, but apparently all or most of the cars there don't actually have a sticker price on the windshield like most places but a downpayment that is offered to buy said vehicle...and at 26 percent finance probably. This place seems to offer a wonderful service. I had an awesome sales representative and the mechanics are top notch. That is where it ends. Deplorable treatment of customers. They are out of touch and operate with very limited technology in terms of payment processing etc. My fuel pump went out right away, wasn't covered by warranty. My transmission went out. They covered it but I was without a car for another week. All in all not worth it. Went elsewhere and got a gorgeous vehicle with warranty that we love. I would discourage anyone from going here.
